8 of Wands, 7 of Swords, Ace of Cups
The start of our spring months seemed to slow down a bit for some; however, that energy will not be lasting long! There is still an energy of forward movement as we get further into this year.
The beginning of the month starts out with the energy of the 8 of Wands. This is a fast-moving energy; this is sure to move us forward in some area in life. There may be sudden movement or unexpected changes during this time. On May 1st, there is a full Moon in Scorpio, which may highlight emotional breakthroughs and revealing of secrets. You may have been feeling this energy for the last week or so as Uranus moved into Gemini to start a 7 year cycle at the end of April. Everyone will feel this shift on various levels.
The middle of the month brings a different type of energy. The 7 of Swords can be a few different types of energy. On one end, it is deception. This could be that there is a situation in your life where someone is not telling the whole truth. Maybe something came to light during that full moon on the 1st that you are now having to fully address. On the other hand, this can also be a card of tactical planning or navigating challenging circumstances. Either way, you will be putting in a great deal of mental energy to make something happen seamlessly.
To close the month out, we have the Ace of Cups. This is love! It could be a new relationship or you falling in love with a new phase of life. This could also have to do with self-love! There could be positive and memorable experiences happening during this time. However, this card shows up in your life; it is a beautiful energy to close out the month. There is a 2nd Full Moon (Blue Moon) in Sagittarius on the 31st as well. This will bring a fiery, action-oriented end to the month with a sprinkle of adventure!
As the seasons start to shift from spring to summer, so does the energy follow. This month will see a good mixture of energies to help you love life adn live it to its fullest potential!
